Showing Your Roseville
Rental Property

A good marketing strategy requires an attractive listing designed to get the attention of highly qualified tenants. The real magic, however, is in the showing. When we show prospective tenants your rental property in Roseville, we’re there to help them make an emotional connection to your property. When they can imagine themselves moving right in, they’re more likely to complete an application and sign a lease agreement. That’s what we’re after. And our system of showing properties is responsive, intuitive, and full-service.

Responsive Showings Reduce Vacancy and Protect ROI

When tenants contact a property for more information or with a request to schedule a showing, they often don’t hear back from the owner. That’s a terrible way to turn off potentially fantastic tenants. We’re available and accessible, and at Action Properties, we’ll answer those calls and respond to those messages. Once a prospective tenant reaches out with interest about your property, we schedule a time that’s convenient for them to show off your property and do some pre-screening. This reduces vacancy and leads to a more profitable rental experience.

From Showings to Screenings:
Our Process Attracts and Places Qualified Residents

Easy Contact

Getting in touch is easy. We designed it that way. When tenants see a home that they like, they’re invited to contact us to schedule a showing. Simple.

Showings

We leave tenants alone to wander through the property, and we’re always nearby to answer questions and point out the best features.

Your Questions, Answered

The Action Properties team is prepared to answer any questions during the showing, providing ease and support.

Applications

When the showing goes well, we invite tenants to complete an application. Qualifications are shared, and the online process is convenient.

Screening

Our process is fair, objective, and fair housing-compliant. We’ll evaluate each application objectively and approve anyone who hits our standards.

Moving In

In a matter of weeks or even days of the showing, the lease can be signed and the move-in funds collected while we welcome tenants to their new home.

Action does a good job of managing our properties. It's a real comfort to know that if any issue comes up, that Action can take care of it. The maintenance people they use is very good and seem to be able to handle any problem given to them. I sleep well at night know they have my back.

If you are looking for a property manager to manage your property I suggest you do your research. If you are looking for a property manager to be honest, forthcoming and manage with your interests in mind Action Properties may not be your best choice. They put their own interests first, then the tenant and lastly you the homeowner .They seem to forget that tenants come and go, but the business relationship you have with your homeowner is key to their business success. The homeowners bring the business to them after all. They do not follow set policies that are crucial to managing a property. When inquiring and interviewing them the owner was very attentive and was very available. After signing she dropped out of sight and left everything to one young woman who either was overwhelmed or just didn’t care. We caught them in many half truths during our year long contract with them. When our tenants' 1 year lease was due to expire it appears they sent the letter of intent to the tenant after the 30 days stated in the contract. Our lease was due to expire on August 1st, the tenant signed overnight on July 31st. It should not have gotten that far. There should be policies in place to keep that from happening. They had previously told us he said he wanted to renew in June verbally. We thought he had already signed and then on July 24th they called and told us there was a problem. We should have been notified long before then that there was an issue. We have interviewed for a new property manager and we have told them the details of what happened. I asked each one how they would have handled such a situation. Each one had solid policies in place that would not have let this 11th hour lease renewal signing happen. In our opinion we were not well represented. I would not recommend them.
