WARNING! Do not rent from action properties! Terri and her team are the worst case of scam artists I’ve ever encountered. Rented a new home from them and I am VERY particular about how my homes are kept. Even staffing 2 full time housekeepers,landscaper,etc. I could run down the many issues over the years I rented with them,but there isn’t enough space to type. But to name a few: Doesn’t replace items that were covered under renter policy. Do not want to fix anything that goes wrong in the house. You will be paying out of pocket! They let the owners come and go without proper notice as they pleased. The owners showed up multiple times! Once even bringing his grown children who brought their lunch and ate in the house! The owners wanted the house to basically not be lived in. They had no business owning a rental. Terri and co did nothing about any of this when I brought it up to them. As a previous person said in the reviews they want the entire house replaced. Carpets,walls,blinds,the entire house! There is no such thing to them as “normal wear & tear”. Try to charge you for items that are under home warranty. As I stated this is a sham of a business and I’m def going for legal action as it seems they tend to do this to everyone. This company needs shut down!
