We know we’re looking for tenants who meet our standards, and we’re clear about what those standards are before we even show a home or collect an application. That makes the process a lot easier on us. It saves time, resources, and the frustration that comes with working through a screening report that reflects a less-than-qualified application.

Before applying, we provide our criteria to interested tenants. We show them the property. We make sure they understand our expectations and our requirements. Our online system accepts the completed application, including the supporting documentation that’s needed to verify their information, and provides a portal to pay the appropriate application fee.

Terri is rude and condescending. I rent from her w action properties and I just was 3 hours late to work because a car was parked behind me. I tried contacting her multiple times via emergency line even. I then get a call back 3 hours later and right off the bat she’s rude. I have it recorded message me I’ll send it to prove it to people. She wasn’t willing to be understanding or amicable. I woke her up and it was now me to put anger and attitude towards. Just rude as if I put the car there myself as if I were late to my job on my own fault. She wasn’t going to take down car info until I prompted her to. When I explained why I needed help and told her police wouldn’t help without her she said oh well be reasonable you called at 6:30 am. I called back multiple times to try to talk with her because I truly fear of retaliation from her. She ignored multiple attempts of contact. When I finally reached her instant hostility when she told me I was being recorded. Just a single woman trying to pay HER rent and I got ridiculed because another car parked behind me and I needed Terri’s help.
