Having a property management is very convenient. Everything gets take care of and you can go on with your life. Action properties is well staffed. they each have an specific job to do. The only thing that I would like to be better is, getting the rents sooner. I understand now why that is not always possible. Other than that, Action properties is great! I highly recommend them.
