I have been with Terry and Action Property's about 4 years now for my rental in Roseville. Had a rough go the the first tenants, but we worked it out as Terry and her staff are experts. I have great tenants now as we just did our first lease renewal. Action performed an inspection with photos prior to the renewal to help an owner with decision making. Very professional. No complaints

Action Property is reliable. Staff are friendly, honest and answers email right away. Attend to clients needs right away. Never had a problem with them.

Terri Alcala and all of her staff at Action Properties are absolutely wonderful !! Always friendly, caring, kind and extremely helpful when we need anything!

Terri is rude and condescending. I rent from her w action properties and I just was 3 hours late to work because a car was parked behind me. I tried contacting her multiple times via emergency line even. I then get a call back 3 hours later and right off the bat she’s rude. I have it recorded message me I’ll send it to prove it to people. She wasn’t willing to be understanding or amicable. I woke her up and it was now me to put anger and attitude towards. Just rude as if I put the car there myself as if I were late to my job on my own fault. She wasn’t going to take down car info until I prompted her to. When I explained why I needed help and told her police wouldn’t help without her she said oh well be reasonable you called at 6:30 am. I called back multiple times to try to talk with her because I truly fear of retaliation from her. She ignored multiple attempts of contact. When I finally reached her instant hostility when she told me I was being recorded. Just a single woman trying to pay HER rent and I got ridiculed because another car parked behind me and I needed Terri’s help.
