Terri is rude and condescending. I rent from her w action properties and I just was 3 hours late to work because a car was parked behind me. I tried contacting her multiple times via emergency line even. I then get a call back 3 hours later and right off the bat she’s rude. I have it recorded message me I’ll send it to prove it to people. She wasn’t willing to be understanding or amicable. I woke her up and it was now me to put anger and attitude towards. Just rude as if I put the car there myself as if I were late to my job on my own fault. She wasn’t going to take down car info until I prompted her to. When I explained why I needed help and told her police wouldn’t help without her she said oh well be reasonable you called at 6:30 am. I called back multiple times to try to talk with her because I truly fear of retaliation from her. She ignored multiple attempts of contact. When I finally reached her instant hostility when she told me I was being recorded. Just a single woman trying to pay HER rent and I got ridiculed because another car parked behind me and I needed Terri’s help.

Very responsive and great attention to details. Good folks to work with to manage your properties. Details? What details? They take of everything. Truly a company that cares for their clients and their employees. Their steady growth ensures keeping on top of things before problems arise. They are most responsive to any problems that might appear. I strongly suggest a meeting with the staff should you have a need for a property manager.

Action does a good job of managing our properties. It's a real comfort to know that if any issue comes up, that Action can take care of it. The maintenance people they use is very good and seem to be able to handle any problem given to them. I sleep well at night know they have my back.
